All of our painting services are carried out to the highest industry standards using trade quality materials. New work is professionally prepared and primed prior to the final coats being applied. If necessary, existing work is stabilised and treated before being properly prepared ready for final painting. By working in a professional and controlled way we aim to minimise disruption during the time work is taking place.

Interiors

The choice of paint colours can have a dramatic effect on how a room looks and feels. The difference between a DIY painting job and a professionally carried out painting job can also dramatically effect. Most people probably judge the quality of the overall construction work by how the painting and decorating looks. Proffesional looking results come from careful preparation, using trade quality materials and attention to detail.

Exteriors

How the outside of a building looks not only affects peoples first impressions but also has a major impact on how the building performs to the weather. Peeling and flaking paint on masonry can make a building look shabby, can allow water to penetrate the render causing it to crack and loosen and in some circumstances lead to damp and mold on the inside walls of the building. Peeling and flaking paint and varnish on wooden windows, doors and fascia can also make a building look tatty and allow water to penetrate the wood, causing it to rot.

As with interior painting, the performance and durability of exterior painting is dependent on careful preparation, selecting the correct trade quaility materials and careful workmanship.
